       She is an associate professor and a master supervisor of Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research (IGSNRR), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). She is also a member of Youth Innovation Promotion Association CAS. She got Ph.D. at State Key Laboratory of Urban and Regional Ecology (SKLURE), Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, CAS in 2010. At the same year she joined School of Environment, Tsinghua University. Since 2011, she has been an associate professor in Key Laboratory of Ecosystem Network Observation and Modeling, CAS in IGSNRR. In 2019, she came to Lancaster Environment Center, Lancaster University as a visiting scholar. Now she is an editorial board member of CABI Agriculture and Bioscience. Her research interests are soil health and agroecosystem management, including nitrogen cycle, heavy metal pollution, nutrient management and circular agriculture construction. Up to now, she has published 60 peer-reviewed articles, among which 36 publications were as first author or correspondence on SCI journals. Research papers have been accepted by several high index journals in the field of environment and agriculture, included Resources, Conservation and Recycling, New Phytologist, Journal of Cleaner Production, Science of The Total Environment, Soil and Tillage Research, and Bulletin of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

       Associate researcher of the Agro-ecosystem Research Center, Institute of Geographical Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Associate professor of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, master supervisor. Associate director of Shandong Yucheng Agro-ecosystem National Observation Research Station. He graduated from the Agro-ecosystem Research Center, Institute of Geographical Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2012 with PhD. He mainly engages in the mechanism of response and adaptation to factors of conservation tillage soil fertility and climate change, and the mechanism of elimination and carbon increase of saline alkali soil barriers, which has developed the management model of sustainable development of farmland ecosystem in North China. In recent years, he presided 3 projects of the National Foundation of China, including 2 general projects, 1 sub-project of strategic leading science and technology projects of the Chinese academy of sciences, and together presided 1 sub-project of the Ministry of Science and Technology. He has participated in 10 projects successively. He has published more than 30 papers, including 26 SCI papers, 2 books, and 8 patents.
