       He isdeputy head of Yucheng Comprehensive Experiment Station. He graduated from Taiyuan University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in 1998, Xi 'an University of Technology with a master's degree in 2001, and Wuhan University with a doctor's degree in 2004. Mainly engaged in hydrology, water resources and ecological hydrology research and related equipment research and development. It has undertaken 1 key research and development sub-project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, 1 instrument and equipment functional development technology innovation project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and 1 instrument and equipment functional development project. It has participated in more than 10 national 973 project topics, major natural fund projects, water special projects, etc. More than 40 kinds of patents have been authorized.

       He is in charge of field observation and data submission. He started to work in 1984, responsible for experimental observation, management and technical methods of Yucheng Station, proficient in sample collection and experimental observation methods of water, soil and biomass in farmland ecosystem. Participated in a number of scientific research projects, and specific negative experimental observation and data collection.

       He is senior experimentalist and the leader of physical and chemical analysis laboratory. graduated from China Agricultural University with a college degree. He joined the Yucheng Comprehensive Experimental Station of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1982, and was responsible for the management of long-term sample plots such as nutrient pools. At present, he is full-time engaged in soil chemical analysis, and the data quality has been excellent in peer reviews for many times. Participated in many scientific research projects such as National Natural Science Foundation of China.
